Description

If asked what I miss most of the Cook Islands, I�d say papaya. I grew my own, and treasured every one I eat. There were many, because there was hardly a day, I didn't eat papaya. Needless to say, this beautiful fruit here was from my garden and modeled before it was eaten.
After a group exhibition on Rarotonga, where I exhibited drawings and paintings of edibles, like bell peppers, papaya and coconut, a journalist (friend) titled the news story: "She eats her models!"
