Description

Palmerston is an atoll, part of the 15 Cook Islands. It doesnā€™t have an airport and life has its own rhythm here. In 1863, William Marsters, a shipā€™s carpenter from England, brought two Polynesian women to the then uninhabited island. Today about 50 people live on Palmerston, most are decedents of the Marsters clan.
